The picture inspired by Tuomas Holopainen's song "Into the West" from Music Inspired by the Life and Times of Scrooge. I've decided to add the same picture of Scrooge as it appears on the CD cover to make a visible allusion to the album 
At first the drawing had wrong background colour, so I had to cover it with white drawing ink (which unfortunately cannot be covered correctly by pencils) and then made the correct background
The lyrics of the song:
Downy's farewell:
"Far, far into the night
Your calling guided you
Far, far across the dark
Horizon filled with red
And yearning of a childless ma"

This drawing is really well done! I love the colors you've used, and I love the way you've drawn the sunset!
There are, however, a few things you could improve. First, Scrooge seems very big compared to the trees in the front of the drawing. It might have been your intention to divide those two a bit more, so it doesn't look like parts of the same image. If that was your intention, I would make a thicker line where the trees end and the snow/hill begins.
I see you've added some shadows. Add more and darker ones! This will create more depth to the piece.
Also, the anatomy of the lady (Downy, I guess?) seems a little off, and her hands a bit too small.
However, all in all this is really well done! Continue drawing!
